South Central Railway Recruitment 2013 – 61 Sport Quota Positions: South Central Railway has issued notification for recruitment of the 21 vacancies in Group 'C' and 40 vacancies in erstwhile Group D categories(GP Rs.1800) under Sports Quota against Open Advertisement for the year 2013-14 over South Central Railway. Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 to 25 years as on 01-01-2013.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should be 10th class pass or above for Grade Pay Rs.1900/ 2000/- and Graduation from any recognized University for those candidates applying for the post with Grade Pay of Rs.2800/-/2400/- for Group C Posts. SSC or 8th passed (for outstanding sports persons) for Post in PB-1 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the fee of Rs.40/- for post in Grade Pay Rs.1800/- and Rs.1900/2000/- and Rs.60/- for those in Grade Pay Rs. 2400/2800/-. Fee should be paid in the form of crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order drawn in favour of Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer, South Central Railway payable at Secunderabad for the posts of Headquarters and Senior Divisional Finance Manager of respective divisions for the divisional posts. Candidates belonging to SC/ST communities, Women, Minority and Economically Backward Classes are exempted from the payment of fees.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Trials and Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format affixed with recent passport size photograph along with attested copies of certificates in support of age, community, educational qualifications, sports achievements and two self addressed unstamped envelopes etc in an envelope super scribed with 'Recruitment against Sports Quota for the year 2013-14 on South Central Railway, Game :____ (Name of the sports discipline)' by ordinary post only to 'The Deputy Chief Personnel Officer (Admn.& Rectt.), Office of the Chief Personnel Officer, 4th Floor, Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad – 500071 (A.P)' For Group 'C' and erstwhile Group 'D' posts (at Headquarters)/ to Senior Divisional Personnel Officer of the division to which you desire to apply on or before 23-09-2013. For residents of Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim and some other states may send on or before 08-10-2013.
