Age Limit: Candidates maximum age limit is 30 years as on 10-03-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or M.S.W/ M.B.A or P.G.D.B.M with specialization in Personnel Management/ Human Resources from AICTE/ UGC with minimum 60% marks in graduation and Post graduation.
Application Fee: Candidates need to deposit application fee of Rs.500/- (Not applicable for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-Serviceman Candidates) and bank charges in the form of cash at any SBI branch along with Bank copy of Challan form on any day after generation of Challan form but not later than 12-03-2014.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Interview.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the PFC’s website www.pfcindia.com from 10-02-2014 by 10.00 hrs to 10-03-2014 by 17.00 hrs. After applying online, candidates are required to take system generated registration- cum- application form and send the same along with PFC copy of challan, self attested copies of proof of date of birth, qualifications, experience and last emoluments drawn, in an envelope superscribed with “Application for the post of ______ Grade _____ Application No ______” by Post/ Speed Post addressed to The Senior Manager (HR), Power Finance Corporation Limited, 1, Urjanidhi, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi 110001 on or before 14-03-2014 and 21-03-2014 for remote areas.
Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Log on to the website www.pfcindia.com.
2. Click on Carees —> Recruitment Advertisement No: 02/2014 and then Click to Apply Online.
3. Read the instructions and do the same by note down the URL.
4. Fill all the mandatory details in online application and then submit.
5. After applying online, system will generate Unique Transaction ID.
6. Take a print out of it and send it along with mentioned documents.

Starting Date for Online Applications: 10-02-2014 by 10.00 hrs.
Ending Date for Online Applications: 10-03-2014 by 17.00 hrs.
Last Date for Fee Payment: 12-03-2014.
