Age Limit: Candidates age should not below 18 years and should not above 32 years as on closing date of online applications. Age relaxation is 05 years for SC/ ST, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PHP-UR, 15 years for PHP-SC/ ST, 13 years for PHP-OBC and up to 40 years of age for departmental candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must be passed in Matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination + NAC/ NTC issued by NCVT.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on performance in Written Test & Trade Test.
Application Fee: Candidates need to Pay Rs.50/- (No Fee for SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ PHP & Women candidates) through crossed Indian Postal Order (I.P.O) or crossed Bank Draft issued from a Nationalized Bank in favour of The General Manager OEF, Kanpur (Registration No must written on back side if IPO/ DD). The Postal Order/ Bank Draft should be issued on or after date of publication of advertisement in Employment News.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through OEF website www.oefkanpur.gov.in from 01-03-2014 by 10.00 hrs to 21-03-2014 by 17.00 hrs. After applying online, take print out of application and send it along with IPO/ DD, attested copies of educational & technical qualifications, caste certificate in prescribed format and age proof etc, in an envelope superscribed with Name of the post applied for must be written on top of envelope in capital letters addressed to The General Manager, Ordnance Equipment Factory, Phoolbagh, Kanpur 208001, Uttar Pradesh on or before 28-03-2014 by 17.00 hrs.

1. Before applying online, Candidates must have valid E-mail ID and Phone number.
2. Scan the Photograph and Signature for uploading at the time of applying online.
3. Log on to the website www.oefkanpur.gov.in —> Recruitment.
4. Read the instructions carefully & Choose the Post —> Apply Online.
5. Fill all the details in PART-I & PART-II registration.
6. Submit error free application form.
7. Note down Registration No & Password for downloading the application form.
8. Take 02 print out copies of application, keep one of it for future use and send one copy with relevant documents.
