Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-32 years for post 1 to 7, 18-27 years for post 8 to 11 as on last date for receipt of online application. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwD & for XSM & others as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation and NAC/ NTC issued by National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) certificate in the relevant trade for post 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12th Class/ equivalent from a recognized Board or University for post 9. For more information regarding qualification refer notification.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Examination, Skill Test/ Trade Test/ Physical/ Endurance Test.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs. 50/- (No fee for SC/ ST/ Ex-Serviceman/ Persons with Disabilities/ Women candidates) through Internet banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card or through Challan in any of the SBI branches.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online from the website www.efa.gov.in from 30-06-2015 to 20-07-2015 & send hard copy of application along with relevant documents to The General Manager, Engine Factory, Avadi, Chennai-54 on or before 27-07-2015. Superscribe the envelope with application number and name of the post applied for.
