1. Painter (General): 15 Posts
2. Electronic Mechanic: 15 Posts
3. Carpenter: 15 Posts
4. Fitter – Structural: 30 Posts
III. Group- C Posts:
1. Rigger: 43 Posts
2. Welder (G&E): 42 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 15 years to 19 years for Sl no I Post, 16 years to 21 years for Sl no II Post, 14 years to 18 years for Sl no III Posts as on 01-10-2014. Age Relaxation is applicable for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH candidates as per Govt rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have Passed SSC in first attempt with General Science & Mathematics & secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ AFC/ PH candidates and Pass Class for SC/ ST in First Attempt for Sl no I & II Posts, 8 th Std under(10 + 2) system Passed in first attempt with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics & secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate for General/ OBC/ AFC/ PH candidates and Pass Class for SC/ ST in First Attempt for Sl no III Post.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on written test, medical exam & interview.
Application Form: Candidates can obtain application form on payment of Rs.50/- for general, OBC, AFC & PH candidates in cash at Gate No 9, Alcock Yard of company from 19-06-2014 to 30-06-2014 between 9:00 Hrs to 13:00 hrs from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs on Saturday and no fee for SC/ ST candidates.
1. Outstation Candidates including SC/ ST candidates can obtain Application form on payment of Rs. 50/- for general, OBC, AFC & PH candidates through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Mazagon Dock limited, payable at Mumbai along with Self addressed envelope duly affixed with postage of Rs.6/- and send to Dy.General Manager (ATS) or
2. Download the application form from the website http://www.mazagondock.gov.in/ and make payment of Rs.50/- through Demand Draft in favour of Mazagon Dock limited, payable at Mumbai.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply in prescribed format along with self attested copies of certificates in support of their age, qualification, experience, caste certificate, driving license, NOC, Caste Certificate, DD and send to The Dy. General Manager (ATS), Apprentice Training School, Gate No.9, Alcock Yard Mazagon Dock Limited, Dockyard Road, Mumbai-400010 on or before 11-07-2014.
