ICAR Recruitment 2014 – Technical Asst, Technician, LDC Posts: Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Central Research Institute for Jute & Allied Fibres (CRIJAF) has advertised notification for recruitment of Technical Assistant, Technician, Lower Division Clerk Vacancies. Eligible candidates may send their applications within 30 days from the date of advt.

1. Technical Assistant: 01 Post
2. Technician: 06 Posts
3. Lower Division Clerk: 06 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 to 30 years for Post No.1, 2, 18 to 27 years for Post No.3 and age relaxation will be applicable as per norms.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree in Agriculture from a recognized University for Post No.1, Matriculation with at least one year certificate in Agriculture from recognized Institution for Post No.2, 12th Class or equivalent qualifications from a recognized Board or University, a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word) for Post No.3.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written Test/ Practical Test/ Interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs.500/- in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of ICAR UNIT – CRIJAF payable at Kolkata, SC/ ST & PH candidates are exempted from payment of fee. Candidates have to write their Name, Post Name, Advt. No. and Serial No. on the back side of DD.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their applications in A4 size paper/ handwritten in the prescribed format accompanied by one latest passport size photograph along with attested copies of each certificate or any other authentic document in support of their age, mark sheet, caste certificates, certificates in support of getting age relaxation etc. so as to reach The Director, Central Research Institute for Jute & Allied Fibres, (ICAR), Barrackpore, Kolkata – 700120, West Bengal within 30 days from the date of advt. The envelope must be superscribed as Application for the Post of ………….., Advt. No. ………………, Sl. No. ………………. in Bold letters.
