ONGC Vacancy Details:
Total No. of Posts: 18
Name of the Post:
1. Assistant Technician (Electronics): 02 posts
2. Assistant Technician (Instrumentation): 01 post
3. Junior Assistant Rigman (Drilling): 14 posts
4. Health Care Attendant: 01 post

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18-30 years for General candidates, 33 years for OBC candidates, 35 years for SC/ ST candidates (For -II and A-I level), 18-27 years for General (W-I level) as on 27-11-2014. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess 03 years Diploma in Electronics/ Telecom/ E&T Engineering or M.Sc in Physics with Electronics for S.No.1 post, 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering for S.No.2 post, Matric with Science (10th Standard Board Exam) Pass.Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT in Fitting/ Diesel/ Instrumentation /Turner/ Machining for S.No.3 post, Matric (10th Standard Board Exam) with certificate of First Aid from statutory body/institute like St.John's ambulance for S.No.4 post.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written test, Physical Standard Test (applicable only for the Post of Junior asst Rigman (Drilling)) and Personal Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs. 300/- for General/ OBC candidates, Rs.100/- for SC/ ST/ PwD/ Ex Serviceman can be deposited at any branch of State Bank of India through challan only. Bank charges i.e.Rs.20/- per challan for all categories.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.ongcindia.com from 06-11-2014 to 27-11-2014 till 06:00 pm.

Instructions for Applying Online:
1. Log on to www.ongcindia.com ONGC website
2. Click on "Recruitment for MBA Basin, Kolkata".
3. After reading the Instructions, click on "Click Here to Apply Online".
4. Fill in the online application form with ALL correct data and click on "Submit".
5. Upload the scanned Photo and Signature in the space provided in Online Application
6. Take the Printout of System Generated Customized Bank Challan bearing Unique Registration Number.
7. Deposit the Registration Charges in any SBI Branch as per System Generated Bank Challan & pay the Fee.
8. Retain the original "Bank Challan – ONGC's copy", to be produced at the time of Personal Interview.
9. Open the Online-Application again, by clicking on "Login for Registered Candidates" link, and enter the Unique Registration Number and Date of Birth.
10. Enter the requisite details of the Bank Deposit like Journal No, Branch Code and Branch Name, Date of deposit.
11.Click the "Submit" button again to complete the registration process.
12. Take print out of application form for future use.
