Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Govt of India has delivered notification for recruitment of 36 Canteen Attendant, Steno & Asst Security Officer vacancies on contract basis. Eligible candidates may apply online from 22-12-2014 to 16-01-2015.

Total No. of Posts: 36
Name of the Post:
1. Canteen Attendant: 15 posts
2. Stenographer Grade-III: 13 posts
3. Stenographer Grade-II: 05 posts
4. Assistant Security Officer "A": 03 posts
Age Limit: Candidates minimum age limit is 18 years upper age limit is 40 years for Engineer, 35 years for Supervisor, 27 years for Cost Accountant as on 16-01-2015. Relaxation in upper age limit is up to a maximum of three years for OBC candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation or Equivalent for S.No.1 post, Matriculation or equivalent with minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in English Shorthand & 30 w.p.m in English Typewriting for S.No.2 post, Matriculation or equivalent & minimum speed of 100 w.p.m in English Shorthand & 45 w.p.m in English Typewriting for S.No.3 post, Graduate from a recognized University, NCC 'C' Certificate and State Level Sports Certificate will be preferred for S.No.4 post. Knowledge of Computer Application, Data Entry & Data Processing for both Stenographer posts.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Written Test, Skill Test, Interview for Stenographer, Physical Test, Written Test & Interview for Assistant Security Officer, Personal Interview for Canteen Attendant.
Application Fee: Candidates has to pay Rs.100/- for Canteen Attendant & Stenographer Gr.III, Rs.150/- for Stenographer Gr.II & Assistant Security Officer "A".SC/ ST, Women Candidates, Ex-Servicemen and Physically challenged persons are exempted from Application fee.
