Recruitment of Visiting Faculty/Teaching Fellow
Applications are invited in the prescribed format along with copies of Certificates for the temporary
Visiting Faculty in the following disciplines at various colleges at Thanjavur (Palace Campus), Srirangam
(BIT Campus) and Dharmapuri (Govt.Polytechnic Campus).

Selected candidates will be appointed on temporary basis for a period of six months on a
consolidated pay of Rs.20,000/- per month.
Eligibility:
1. Engineering Candidates: B.E. / B.Tech. and M.E. / M.Tech. in relevant branch with first class or
equivalent either in B.E. / B.Tech. or M.E. / M.Tech. Ph.D. degree desirable.
2. Science and Humanities Candidates: Master degree with at least 55% of the marks with M.Phil.
Preference will be given to candidates with NET/SLET (as per UGC norms) / Ph.D. degree.
Eligible and interested candidates may submit their application in the prescribed format along with
the copies of Supporting Qualifications, Experience, Publications and other information (refer Annexure)

- All the eligible candidates are requested to appear for written test on 31-7-13 at 9-30 a.m. followed by the
personal interview for the successful candidates on the same day. They are requested to report at the Academic
Council Hall, Anna University, Chennai 600 025 at 9-00 a.m. on 31-7-13.
- Candidates should appear for the interview with their original certificates.
- The envelope containing the application should be super scribed with "AUC/M&A/VF/2013, Dated: 25.7.2013 ,
- The University reserves the right to fill / not to fill up any or all the above posts.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for attending interview.
